What is stress, after-all?
Part of it is how we envision things. Our expectations about reality, our feelings of what we can accomplish, and what we can define as failures.
Those, for many of us, are words that make sense in our heads. Even though they feel real, they don’t exist. We are making them up.
There is no greater war than the one we fight inside our heads. It’s a never-ending battle and there is hardly a winner.
