Today I feel I bit overwhelmed by the number of things that I have to do, I did some of them but now I realize they are all foggy, like if I’ll forget about them later on.
I feel like I didn’t put that much attention and care in them.

In these cases I tend to relax and take time, that’s my best recipe because more often than not it’s because you don’t threat yourself very well that you feel overwhelmed.
