when they surprise you


I was lost, some of my clients had new competitors that wanted selling my products near them and I didn’t knew how to act.

Many companies in the cosmetic business decide that it’s ok to sell if the distance between the shops is more than 1km, which isn’t so much.

I was torn between selling or not selling, and I reminded myself that we should act in spite of fear. And so I did what I thought was my best bet: Writing to them. Telling them the whole story.

And they surprised me, with a love and passion I couldn’t foresee.

I feared disaster, but humanity can be much more better than that.
