What are some things you learned as a kid, that you don’t practice anymore? It could be handwriting, math, etc.
You might not practice these skills every day, therefore some of them might be a little bit rusty.
What if you go back to them and practice again?
Retraining your mind to learn something again, but with a different skill-set, is to me an interesting approach because you can approach learning again and see the differences between then and now.
Retraining your mind to “study” in the old sense or, even better, to adapt the way you study to what you have learned now about retaining information.
