breathing through a situation

I remember talking about breathing. These days I’m often thinking about it, because from time to time I pause and breathe.

I take time and let the situation flow so that I can understand it better.

To me this is a big achievement because I was always too fast in thinking, and I got always trapped by the way my brain overworries by anticipating problems.

Breathing puts perspective into the mind, it allows me to think more deeply and to understand the situation.
I’m not a master of it, there’s still work to be done, but if there’s something I learned from this is that breathing can truly help you out in any situation.
