Pride is a beast. To find it you have to think about who’s talking.
Who, in your mind, wants to talk.
Pride is hidden in the righteous rights, in what you deserve, in what’s yours and yours only.
Thoughts about changing, life, and whatever comes to mind.

My chiropractor told me that I need to run a little bit. I still don’t know why, but today I started.
Since I’m a big believer of the barefoot walking/running, I put my xeroshoes and went for a run.
It was my first serious barefoot run. In the past I did some running, but never got to do stick with it.
Maybe a friend would ask me if I wanted to join him, but that habit never stuck.
What was different today is that running barefoot is a lot harder than it seems.
While I am faster and feel more athletic, the muscles I use are totally different and new to me (and therefore, still to be trained), the result of this is that now I feel like a newbie. All the muscles are hurting.
In the end it was a pleasant experience, and I wonder what the learning curve for a decent running in barefoot-mode will be.
From time to time you have to say the truth. Not because you’d lie otherwise but because simplifying the truth, making it “easier to swallow”, won’t actually do better.
There is no point in these white lies if all they do is to hide the pain from us.
It can happen: you want to learn but you don’t find a teacher.
Then what you do? Wait for a teacher to come?
One of the main differences and probably one of the things I’ve learned during my growth is that you need to be the one you rely upon. Not because we’re self sufficient, but because we don’t always have the luck to have someone guiding us.
When there’s no guide, you have to find a way.
Find a way to learn, find a way to discover new things.
Don’t wait for the world to revolve around you.
Energy comes from passion, from love. Don’t focus on finding energy, focus on doing things you love with people you like.
