the 2 year habits change

I tend to change my habits every 2 years or so. Usually the main habits that are involved are food, breakfast, fitness related but that’s no rule.

I like to experiment, that’s why I’m going to try and test new things every once in a while.
What I’m experimenting now is the intermittent fasting and the overall fasting benefits, something that’s not generally loved by the mainstream public mostly because it requires you to eat and consume less which is why it’s not beneficial for the market itself.

Fasting is something I love to do. It lets your mind breathe, you become more alert and gain attention. It’s a wonderful way to keep up with you body and let it relax for a while.
