breathing and meditation

I just woke up and, as usual, I did a small 15 minutes meditation.

It’s like “nothing” compared to a deep profound meditation, but still has its effects.

It’s wonderful how just breathing helped me wake up totally.
I was sleepy because I didn’t slept that much (came home very late), and yet now I’m full of energy.

This is one of the many wonders of meditation.
It gives you energy, control, profoundness, and you get it only when you can concentrate without tension.
