Come on, give me the chills

Thoughts about changing, life, and whatever comes to mind.

  • how to inspire anyone

Lead by example, be impeccable, don’t accept compromises with yourcore values

  • the power of your words and why we should all keep our promises

Have you ever broke a promise?
I surely did, many times. And over time I started to realize that every time I broke one promise, my words were less powerful, less important, less serious.

Keeping our word and promises is alike lying. The more you lie, the less your word is effective because people know that you’re not to be trusted.

If you can’t keep your word, you’ll be that guy that talks a lot but doesn’t really do anything, or that guy that beware of what he’s saying.
There are many people like that, people that will promise you the moon, but won’t ever accomplish their promises.

This also can be easily connected to your life. Unless you’re a liar with just some people, you’ll end up noticing that your life lacks commitment, determination, perseverance because you change your mind, because you surrender too often too fast.

Also if you don’t keep your promises it means that everything for you has no real value, so where’s the value?
We all try to live in something we respect even though we might not recognize it, but what’s valuable about it? What do we really like?
Are we, by any chance, living without thinking about the value of our life?
I’m not talking from a wealth point of view, instead I’m talking about the personal and emotional value we assign to everything and everyone around us.

We could call it care. How much do you care about the life you’re in? About your passions, your job, your spouse.

That’s how deep the words you say will influence you, and that’s how important they are.

  • marketing and adaptation to change

Should you stick to the original plan if something isn’t working out as you expected or should you change accordingly?

This seemingly simple question is often cause of debate, both internally and within people mostly because both answers are correct.

Yes, sometimes you have to stick to the original plan, believe it till the end, because you will have many people that won’t believe in your idea until it’s fully functional.
Also, the road to success is full of failures, so you will get the idea that you might be wrong.

On the other hand, maybe you’re stubborn and you’re clinging to an idea that’s not working for the market. Should you change? Yes.
Adapt, so you can make the market happy.

    But what if…
what if your plan was to fulfill the dreams of the niche you fall into?
What if adapting isn’t ok with your style because that’s not what you want?
What if compromise is not feasible?

Then stick again to the plan, keep doing and failing. Find the niche untile the niche loves you for the product you built for them instead of the general market.
Make something that some people will love unconditionally.

  • the 2 year habits change

I tend to change my habits every 2 years or so. Usually the main habits that are involved are food, breakfast, fitness related but that’s no rule.

I like to experiment, that’s why I’m going to try and test new things every once in a while.
What I’m experimenting now is the intermittent fasting and the overall fasting benefits, something that’s not generally loved by the mainstream public mostly because it requires you to eat and consume less which is why it’s not beneficial for the market itself.

Fasting is something I love to do. It lets your mind breathe, you become more alert and gain attention. It’s a wonderful way to keep up with you body and let it relax for a while.

  • back to present

Today I made some jokes with my brother. He was happy, we laughed a lot.

Watching him, I realized that we need to get back to the present time more often.
To be there. To be really present.

To look, touch, see, hear, feel everything that our senses can perceive.

This is not to be confused with simple listening. You need more presence and dedication.

And one thing you’ll start noticing once you begin to truly watch and listen, is that life is beautiful.
